Hi, I'm Josephine, a designer working across UI and visual communication.
Whatever the format, my goal is to make things clear, usable and scalable.
Over the past 12 years I've delivered digital and print projects from UI and design systems to visual identity, infographics, packaging and video. I've designed for renewable energy, circular economy, sustainable transport, local food systems, landscape architecture, education and FMCG. Along the way I’ve led a small team, providing technical guidance and supporting strategic implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
I bring a UX and systems-minded approach to each project asking, what problem we're trying to solve, who needs to understand and use the work, and how it will scale. For me, if something looks great but people can’t use it, there's still work to do. I take pride in combining polished visual design with accessible, intuitive experiences.
I'm looking for senior design roles where I can help businesses move ideas from concepts to finished, working products and structure the systems to support them in the future.
When I'm away from the office, you'll find me solving problems in the climbing gym or recharging in nature together with my family!
